SHIPPING & RETURNS.

SHIPPING.

Each Loving String lampshade is made to order with a lead time of approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
For Bespoke lampshades, there is a lead time of approximately 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
Loving String endeavour to ship your purchase(s) as soon as possible within the lead time. There may be occasions where this may need to be extended, in which case you will be notified.
Lead times are cumulative and therefore if you have purchased more than one lampshade, please expect an extended lead time. I will always do my best to get your order to you as soon as I can.

If you have a specific deadline, please do get in touch via hello@lovingstring.com and I will do my best to accommodate.

Shipping to the UK mainland is free.
A dispatch email will be sent when your order is en route, from here you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days.
Loving String currently ship to the following countries; UK mainland and highlands, Europe, USA and Canada, Australia. If you are outside of these locations and would like to make a purchase, please send an email to hello@lovingstring.com. International orders are shipped using a tracked and signed for service.

Shipping costs at the checkout do not include any local customs or duties charges and you are responsible for any charges that may occur.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS.

All Loving String lampshades are handmade to order.

If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 14 days from the date of when the order was placed.

If you wish to return an item, you are able to request a refund* within 14 days from the delivery date by contacting hello@lovingstring.com. The returns process will be outlined via email and the item must be received back within 28 days from the delivery date. The item must be retuned in a resalable condition and in the original packaging. You are responsible for covering the cost of a returning an item. Loving String can accept no responsibility for any damages that occur in return transit. Once received back, you will be refunded the total amount minus a delivery fee within 14 days, to your original payment method. Exchanges are not accepted.

Bespoke orders purchased via the Bespoke package, cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
The Bespoke package can only be cancelled prior to the consultation process commencing. Loving String endeavour for this process to begin within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

*refunds are calculated minus a delivery fee.

DAMAGES.

Your order will be packaged with care, however should your lampshade arrive with a fault, please send photographs of the damages to hello@lovingstring.com, within 7 days of receiving the item, and return it within 14 days of receiving the item.
Loving String will contact you directly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. The item must be returned prior to a replacement being dispatched or a refund being issued. In most cases, Loving String will cover the return costs if an item is faulty or damaged.

As all Loving String lampshades are made to order, replacement items may also incur a lead time of which you will be notified.
